Summer walking series! New dates planned for these long summer evenings. Tuesdays 5,11 and 26th June July 3,10 & 31st. We will aim to walk around the beautiful Buxton/Goyt valley region, covering approximately 3.5 miles in 60-75 minutes. Nordic walkers and non-pole walkers welcomed. It is a fitness walk so a good level of foundation fitness is needed. Health history forms needed for new walkers. Nordic poles provided for up to 7 walkers. Taster session for new walkers arranged by contacting me directly so we can find a suitable time. I’ll be texting and emailing the regular walkers to let them know (I’m back from a knee op), and we will take it one seasonal series at a time
